Summer 2008 Camps for Kids Ages 4-6

Simple, yet ornate projects for kids, ages 4-6, that introduce basic and beautiful art materials to small hands with big imaginations! Studio Arts always provides a challenging curriculum with lots of LOVE. Children must be restroom independent and have classroom experience. Bring a small snack daily. Dress to make a splendid mess!$155 for each camp. All camps are 9:00 - 11:00 am, and all supplies are included.

Creative Kids Camp 1: I Love You (9:00-11:00am)

Create an ‘imaginary friend’ through song and story from fabric, drawings, and paint. Make beads from clay for a necklace that features the people you love. A gorgeous 2D/3D ‘my house’ construction will take the week to make.

Creative Kids Camp 2: I Love You More (9:00-11:00am)

From stoneware, create your favorite plate of food. Draw and paint a clock that helps you know what time it is to do the stuff you love. Make an elaborate circus poster themed from The Beatles ‘Love’ show.

‘Mommy, Is it Wednesday Yet?’
A new weekly class for kids ages 4-6. One hour each week with the fabulous Miss Naomi!
10 weeks. $225
Wednesdays, June 11 - August 13 11:30-12:30 Age 4-5

Mom and Me
A new weekly class this summer for moms and children ages 2 1/2-4. One hour each week with the superb Miss Brenda! You act as a guide, encouraging your youngest artist through quiet support as you actively observe their exploration of our fabulous projects and art supplies for the first time!
10 weeks. $225 per pair.
